Oops! It's been awhile, hasn't it?
We've been busy preparing the garden, watching our winter veggies spring from the ground and go to seed, and planting seedlings. Oh, and grad school, always grad school.
What have I missed?
There was a nostalgic week in Victoria, and of course I forgot the camera...
There was a bought of sickness in which Sebastian would constantly ask for "a hug and a kriss"then fall asleep in my arms.

There are a million crocuses and daffodils throughout the yard and town.

Endless amounts of seedlings on the sunny kitchen table, slowly migrating to the cold frame outside and almost, almost ready to go in the ground.

Fall plants with spring offerings. We're eating a lot of kale, broccoli and a bit of lettuce and cilantro from the yard these days.

Open doors on the sunny days, and long hours writing in the cabin (which we revoked from guests and selfishly turned into our writing studio).

This, my friends, is what grad school has done to me. Crazy eyes and wool sweaters. You have been warned.
